My approach to executive coaching is rooted in a career defined by navigating the edges of innovation and leadership. I spent seven years as Chief Operating Officer at Defense Distributed, a pioneering and controversial technology company, where I developed deep expertise in strategy, resilience, and leadership under pressure. I steered teams through uncertainty, federal lawsuits, and the kind of scrutiny that breaks most organizations—experience that now informs my ability to guide founders and executives facing equally unconventional challenges.

Today, in addition to coaching, I serve as the U.S. Regional Director for Shame Studios, a London-based bespoke rug design house known for its commitment to ethical production and creative craftsmanship. The work challenges me differently—and I value that.

I'm also a yoga teacher and somatic practitioner. Movement and breath-work aren't side interests—they're how I stay sharp and how I help clients access clarity that thinking alone can't reach. My personal journey with these practices underpins my coaching style, making guidance as embodied as it is strategic.
