Hello
My professional experience gives me a grounded perspective on leadership, pressure, and unconventional decision making. Over the past decade, I've worked alongside founders, executives, creatives, and operators navigating rapid growth, emerging technology, controversy, and public scrutiny.
My work combines strategic coaching with archetypal systems, somatic awareness, yoga, and psychological inquiry. Rather than approaching leadership as purely operational, I'm interested in the deeper patterns shaping behaviour, identity, communication, instinct, and decision making.
I hold a qualification in Personal Coaching from the CaPP Institute, ICF Accredited. I also hold certifications in Agile Leadership, Product Management, and a 200HR Yoga Teacher Training through Black Swan Yoga in Austin, Texas.
My Story
My approach to coaching has been shaped by years spent close to unusual rooms, unusual people, and unusual pressure.
Before I worked in technology, I came up through live culture. Poetry, nightlife, performance, bars, temporary projects, and the kind of spaces where atmosphere matters as much as structure. In London and New York, I learned how people gather, how energy moves through a room, and how voice can change what becomes possible.
That early world taught me something I still use now. People rarely reveal themselves through polished explanation alone. They reveal themselves through rhythm, taste, tension, humor, instinct, timing, and the stories they choose to live inside.
I later spent seven years as Chief Operating Officer at Defense Distributed, a pioneering and controversial technology company working at the intersection of free speech, emerging technology, and decentralized manufacturing. The experience gave me firsthand insight into leadership under pressure, public scrutiny, legal conflict, ideological tension, and the psychological demands of building in uncertain territory.
Since then, my work has continued to move between creative, strategic, and symbolic environments, including artist led spaces, retreats, festivals, design ventures, and private advisory work. Over time, I became increasingly interested in the tension between modern systems of optimization and the deeper symbolic, emotional, relational, and embodied realities shaping human behavior.
Today, my focus is fully dedicated to coaching, facilitation, yoga, and this work. I teach yoga in Austin, Texas. Movement and somatic practice remain central to how I think, work, and guide others.
My work now sits at the intersection of strategy, symbolism, leadership, embodiment, and psychological inquiry.
I work best with people building unusual futures who need space for honest reflection, sharper self awareness, and conversations that extend beyond conventional performance culture.
